What we collect
When registration is available, we collect your name, email address, country or region, optional introduction, and a record that you acknowledged this notice. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your introduction.
Why we collect it
Top Pyramid Club uses these details to review interest in the institution and respond about the Selection journey. This is not a paid application or membership admission. Acknowledging this notice is not consent to unrelated marketing campaigns.
Who can access it
Registration details are restricted to authorized club administrators. Supabase provides database and authentication infrastructure; Vercel provides website hosting and request processing. Your details are not displayed in a public member directory or sold.
Security and abuse prevention
We use access controls and server-side validation. For abuse prevention, the server derives a non-readable keyed hash from the request IP address and records a short-lived attempt count. These counters are pruned after their operational window. Hosting providers may process technical request logs under their own operational policies.
Retention and your requests
Registrations are retained while relevant to the founding-stage Selection journey and reviewed by the club. Authorized administrators can delete registrations that are no longer needed. No fixed automatic deletion period is currently configured.
To request access, correction, or deletion of your details, contact toppyramidclub@gmail.com. The club may need to verify that the request relates to your information.
Changes to this notice
This notice applies to registration of interest only. A separate updated notice will be provided before any paid Selection or member services are introduced.
